Terms & appraisal disclaimer

The Average Adjusted Price produced by this tool is an indicated ACV from asking-price comparables, mileage and trim adjusted to the subject’s odometer. It is not a binding insurance settlement, policy limit, or guaranteed payout.

Comparables are currently listed vehicles from public Canadian sources. Asking prices are not sold prices. A human appraiser may apply condition, options, prior damage, and negotiation.

We do not invent listings, prices, kilometres, or URLs. Comparables are shown only when the research engine returns them. Link Verified is marked Yes only when the URL was verified by the engine.

This tool does not provide legal advice, admit liability, or tell a claimant what to say to an insurer.

The official logo is used only from the uploaded brand asset. If the asset is missing, exports are stamped with a warning and should not be issued to a file.
